Yes, on tiled roofs: leaks traced to the entry point, cracked and slipped tiles replaced, ridge capping rebedded, valleys cleared and penetrations resealed. Flat roofs, concrete slab roofs, parapets, balconies, re-roofing and anything above single storey need a roofing contractor, and those get referred on rather than stretched to cover.
Homes, single rental units and small batches of units. Whole-complex common property work, rope access and teams across multiple blocks is a different size of operation and gets referred to a contractor who does it properly.
Geysers, burst pipes, pipework, moving or installing plumbing, fixed electrical work, gate motors, and anything needing a compliance certificate. Those need a registered plumber, electrician or gate technician, and you get told before the visit rather than halfway through it.
